Production and transit are two separate stages. Your order is made first, then handed to a carrier.
PRODUCTION TIME
Made-to-order production normally takes 3–7 business days. For small orders, shipment is arranged no later than the 8th business day after the order is placed.
TRANSIT AND RATES
Shipping methods, rates and the transit estimate are shown at Shopify checkout before you pay. The transit estimate begins once the order leaves production, so total delivery time is production time plus transit time.
TRACKING
Tracking is provided when it is available for your shipping method. Carrier handling delays, weather, and customs processing can extend delivery beyond the original estimate.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including apartment or unit numbers. If a shipment is returned, delayed, rerouted or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for reshipment or rerouting costs.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Duties, import fees and taxes depend on the destination country and are handled at checkout or by the carrier, according to the destination's rules. Any amounts not collected at checkout may be requested by the carrier on delivery.
DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package is delayed or appears lost, email support@madeclothingco.com with your order number. Lost shipment claims should be raised within 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
